When you forage you look for what is good. It’s a soulful journey of discovery and of positive expectation.

I love looking for gorgeous fresh seasonal ingredients, chancing upon abundant food markets, serendipitously making friends and above all standing in front of my oven, rummaging through my cupboard and creating something… delicious.

During the day I’m a food editor for a travel magazine.

I live in Woodstock, Cape Town and I share my heart with a 10-year-old girl.
